1 Below are the custom post types which you could add data in theme.

1.1 We built the post types with Elementor so You need to go to Elementor -> Settings and set up like

1.2 Go to each Post Types and perform edit.

2 Change Name and Slug of Post Types

Please go to file wp-content\themes\chemlabs\inc\custom-post and change it.
