With all options, You can set up in Theme Option and Page Settings.

When you want to change anything for 1 private page, please check all options in Page Settings.

Page Settings will have the priority bigger with Theme Option. The page will be displayed with all settings in Page Settings.

If you perform a custom in Page Settings, your page will run with this set up and all set up in Theme Option will be invalid. If you don't perform custom things, your site will run with all options in the Theme Option.
